Tamil Film Director’s Association Official Website Launch Stills
The Tamil Film Directors Association will also be reached at www.tantis.org from today. The web site was created in an interactive manner and can be more like an e-magazine where fans too can interact.
In this website, now we have created a webtv (Directors TV) that may be operated for 12 hours an afternoon. The location would even have vast number of censor script, ebooks, cinema news and film-based programmes.
In Directors TV we're planning to air short films and documentaries being made by the members of the association. Also the muhurrat and audio launch functions of the to-be released films may be aired on this TV.
Also the aspiring dancers, actors, cinematographers and musicians can register their names within the TV. It's going to provide a chance for them to make a their foray within the filmdom.

’Krishna’ (Dance drama in English) – A night of spectacular works of ace Choreographer, actor and Padmasri awardee Shobana, crafted for lovers of the avant-garde, innovative and contemporary dancing was showcased on August 9th at 6.45 P.M, in aid of Sri Krishna Gana Sabha.
Krishna the man, his philosophy and why he's still beyond man’s understanding, all on a canvas of Vrindavan and Mathura to Kurukshetrais was presented beautifully and esthetically and the show depicted Krishna’s multi dimensional aspects.
Veteran Director K Balachander was the executive guest and the development was graced by Music Maestro AR Raman, Dance legend Dr Padma Subramanium, Dr.Nalli Kuppuswami Chetti and Y.Prabhu.

Actress Shreya saran is within the news again..
She was reported to be delivering a couple of punches to Kannada actor hero Prem… While many would believe this as an sequence that were happening in fact in retaliation to her controversial photo shoot , it was just for the action sequence for the film ‘ Chandra’ produced and directed by Roopa Iyer . The beautiful actress described by many as a very good dancer probably doesn’t wish to be lacked behind relating to action too…She trained herself intensively in ‘Kalari’ fight under the able guidance of Sagar aasan for a stretch of 2 months. The Choreographer of the film, Ravi Varma in coordination with the creative thoughts of the director Roopa Iyer created an idea of the ‘Kalari’ within the type of choreography. Not a wonder this idea the unit sources say because the director Roopa iyer herself was a practitioner of this mixture of arts. What next Roopa has a proposal to show Shreya saran….keep guessing.

Bas in Thalaivan
Blue Ocean Pictures Presents Thalaivan starring Bas will visit floors next month.Screenplay and direction is by Ramesh Selvan of Ulavu Thurai fame. Playing the feminine lead are Nikesha Patel and Sana Khan. Santhanam, Suman, Jayaprakash Illavarasan, Vincent Asokan, Suresh Krishna, Ilavarasu Kotta Srinivasa Rao also are within the cast.
The movie has story and dialogues by Jaffer while music is by G V Prakash Kumar. Editing is by Anthony, art by Shanmugham, Cinematography by S K Boopathy, choreography by Shobi, Asokraj Shankar. Anal Arasu looks after stunts while production managers are Malaisaral Ravi and Sivasankaran
The shooting for the movie would start in Chennai on 15 September. It'd be shot in Goa, Hyderabad, Munnar and Sikkim.
Plans are directly to release the film in February. The film is been produced by Chitirai Selvan.
The movie is an usual revenge story however the execution and screenplay can be different. A high-voltage action film, it'd be a treat for audience.

Shalini Ajith Kumar To Play State Level Badminton Championship, Nagercoil
Shalini Ajith Kumar is understood for her mastery on badminton circles. Ever because the inception of her participation within the State Level Badminton tournament she have been at the headlines, credit to her perseverance and dedication to the sport she fondly loves.
Her motivation led her to a brand new high last Sunday (19.08.12) when she was seeded second both within the doubles and mixed doubles on the rating tournament held in Nagercoil. Shalini bagged the runners up position in not only the Womens doubles but additionally the Mixed doubles after her valiant and extraordinary effort with Priya and Prakash.
The top ranked players will clash within the State Level Badminton championships to be held in Nagercoil later this month and it's been attracting wide attention after Mrs. Shalini who was ranked within the top confirmed her participation.

Though heroine isn't interested by dating hero forces her and takes her to Pondycherry in a weekend.They become entangled in an anti socio gang. How they become free from them is the tale of ICD.The story happens in 24 hours, from someday morning to next morning. So the scenes are being made with speed and tense.Dating isn't our culture in order we don't have exact word for dating in our language. So we forced to make use of the foreign word dating in title.Today on account of dating crimes also increase. The tale describes the threats and hazards on account of dating and crimes associated with dating and the movie could be a lesson with caution not just to youths also to parents”First schedule of this movie was shot in Chennai,Pondycherry ,Chidambaram and Cuddalore. Next schedule is perhaps held in Chennai.C George composes music for lyrics of M Jayamurasu. Editing could be taken care by Sathish B Kottai. Dhanush’s ‘3’ Movie Official Trailer

The expectation of ’3′ movie starring Dhanush and Shruti Hassan is increasing day-to-day a number of the audiences. The ‘Kolaveri Di’ song was probably the most biggest ever chartbusters and this movie is directed by Dhanush’s wife Aishwarya. Sivaji Dev – Mithra starring ‘Nandanam’ tells the affection of 21st century!
Subha Creations S Thangaraj presents NC Shiayamalan directed Nandanam is the movie portrays the affection of 21st Century.
Starring Sivaji Dev, probably the most grand sons of late legend Chevalia Sivaji Ganesan, within the lead role, Mithra Kurion plays the girl love of him.
Remeber, it's Mithra’s second movie in Tamil after her debut with Ilayathalapathy Vijay’s Super Hit Kaavalan.
According to the script, within the present generation, there's no need of seven years to know and develop love affair. It is only 7 days enough to settle in love. ‘True love beyond the timeline’ is the essence of director NC Shyamalan’s script.
Sivaji Dev, who made his entry with a bang in Singakutty, is son of Ramkumar and grand son of Late Legend Sivaji Ganesan’s. After the discharge of Singakutty, Dev went to London and completed a course in acting. Sivaji Dev hopes that the movie will pave a smooth road for his acting career.
After his debut in Sasikumar’s Eesan, producer AL Alagagappan is doing a very powerful role in Nandanam. Sun TV game show fame Rishi also playing an important role on this flick.
Nandanam is written and directed by NC Shyamalan, former assistant of directors Balu and A Venkatesh. Debutant Gopi Sundar composing music and L Mohan handling the camera. VT Vijayan is the editor for this movie and Shankar Dass supervising the production.
The shooting goes at full swing throughout the campuses of top IT companies similar to HCL in and around Chennai.

The long wait is over now…The movie ‘3’ starring Dhanush and Shruti Haasan by Aishwarya Dhanush have released today. Ram (Dhanush) and Janani(Shruti Haasan) are introduced as a teenagers studying 12 standard. Ram falls in love with Janani and the romance between them is interesting. First 1/2 the movie is pleasing and the affection scenes between them are realistic. Sure everyone will remember their school days.
The second half the movie takes their life in to second stage where Ram tied the knot to Janani. There comes a stunning twist within the movie when Ram is affected by Bipolar Disorder, a psychological disease. What happens of their life forms the climax? Dhanush as usual has given his best performance. His acting is awesome. This National Award winner is proving time and again in his movies. At the other side Shruti Hassan has equally given good performance. Aishwarya Dhanush ‘s way of direction is nice. Coming to songs, already the ‘Kolaveri Di’ song was one of the vital biggest ever chartbusters. The background music is solely superb, heart touching and the credit goes to the young and energetic music director Anirudh. Other actors like Prabhu, Bhanu Priya, Siva Karthikeyan have done justice to their roles. Generally the movie ‘3’ is a great effort from the director Aishwarya. Hats off to all of the crew of ‘3’. Worth watching!!!
