Thaandavam wrap up party had last night at Rain Tree with the Thaandavam unit. All of the unit of sunshine man, camera assistants, art assistants, director assistants, production assistants, costume assistants and the primary line technicians were invited and given a celebration thanking them for his or her excellent cooperation and support, which enabled us to finish this type of big film in 95 days.
Chiyaan Vikram, Jagapathi Babu, Lakshmi Rai, M.S. Bhaskar, G.V. Prakash, Editor Antory, Art Director Nagu, DOP Nirav Shah, Director A.L. Vijay and all the production team of UTV comprising me and my team were there.
It was a grand evening and everybody frolicked in reminiscence the time they spent together and narrated interesting incidents through the shoot of this film in London, Delhi and Chennai. The Direction team did several skits and mimicry of what had taken place throughout the shoot with various individuals.
It was a perfect fun and everybody enjoyed spending the time together.
Now the team has commenced the post production of the film to release the film in September 2012.
On behalf of UTV, I thanked Vijay and Vikram sir and the team for the tremendous support in completing the film on time to the proposed release date.
