Vijay’s ‘Nanban’ Movie Review

‘Nanban’ has released today with huge expectations as Illayathalapathy and Shankar have come together for the primary time. This much anticipated movie is the remake of Bollywood blockbuster ’3 Idiots’. Within the Hindi version, it was Aamir Khan who played Vijay’s role. Madhavan and Sharman Joshi played the jobs of Srikanth and Jeeva respectively. Illeana’s role was played by Kareena Kapoor.

The story begins with the adventure of Venkata Ramakrishnan (Srikanth) and Sevalkodi Senthil (Jiiva) looking for their intimate friend Panchavan Parivendan aka Paari (Vijay) who changed their lives and making them because the most famous personalities of the industry. As a way to their journey there comes a flashback about their college days, the lifetime of engineering students and the stern professor Dr.Virumaandi Sandhanam(Sathyaraj). Paari always wants the studies to be useful to lives and doesn’t believe in memorizing subjects like a student Srivatsan (Satyan), who's liked by the professor Santhanam (Sathyaraj) a great deal. Paari falls in love with the professor’s daughter Riya (Ileana), a medical college student. The remainder of the tale reveals concerning the missing guy Paari and his flashback and his love life.

Our hero Vijay’s performance is rocking. This movie is known as a great treat for all Vijay fans. His well matured acting is awesome and apt for a jovial college guy. Jiiva and Srikanth performance are equally good and so they supported and raise up the role of Paari. Illeana is attractive and apt for the role and this movie can bring her more offers in Kollywood. Sathyaraj has given a unprecedented performance. S J Suryah and Anuya Bhagawat have given cameo appearances. Music is by Harris Jayaray. Talking concerning the songs, the entire songs have already topping the charts especially “En Frienda pola yaru macha” song is rocking a few of the youths. ‘Nanban’ is actually a landmark movie for Shankar and each scene speaks about his labor and his creativity about direction.
