The hot and tense physique of director Cheran couldn't resist the feelings arose out of certain behavior some of the fellow film makers and relatives.He was addressing his speech on the launch of trailer for the newer version of Sivaji starrer Karnan. Recently there was a widespread publicity for the discharge of updated version of Karnan, some five decade old movie. Cheran took his lashes at the current film makers blaming them as all money mongers.
He criticized them as money makers and never film makers. He was very sensitive to the approach of the present film makers for his or her negligence of the past credentials. Cheran said as a tender boy he had any such deep honor on late Sivaji Ganesan and he admired at his efficiency. He further said, he ever longed to get related to this type of genius. Cheran revealed that we people disowned Sivaji Ganesan in politics particularly. He must have been given a possibility to rule Tamilnadu, added Cheran.
He requested the present film makers to desist from employing any theme and even title of Sivaji’s old movies. He further made an entice make everything associated with Sivaji as treasure.
